TICKETEK REFUND INFORMATION:
Online/Telephone Bookings –
Tickets purchased online or via telephone using credit or debit card will be refunded in full (including your ticket insurance premium, if applicable) and you do not need to take any action. Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Outlet/Agency Bookings –
Patrons who purchased tickets at a Ticketek agency will be contacted by Ticketek within 10 business days to arrange a direct deposit refund.
