If you have sensory sensitivities, you are welcome to bring with you items to help you feel more comfortable and relaxed such as:

  • Noise reducing headphones
  • Hat or sunglasses

Children’s earmuffs are available to hire from the customer service desk on level 2 of ICC Sydney Theatre. To collect a pair of earmuffs, the child must be accompanied by an adult with a valid form of photo identification.

Please note that bags larger than 30 cm x 30 cm can be taken into the Quiet Room but will need to be cloaked prior to entering the theatre. Please be sure to check the conditions of entry to avoid confiscation of any prohibited items.
