ICC Sydney’s Connect Hub is a one stop destination for all your digital event solutions. It takes traditional speaker preparation to the next level for both onsite and online presenters.

It features a dedicated studio for broadcast events, digital concierge for remote presenters, an edit suite and digital signage management. Adding to this, the venue’s customisable digital event platform and app, ICC Sydney Connect, provides an end to end solution to enhance the event experience all managed by ICC Sydney’s audio visual experts.

Speaker Preparation

ICC Sydney’s Speaker Preparation Centre is a stress-free environment where speakers can tweak their presentations, calm their nerves and practice their speech in privacy.

Featuring a fully equipped rehearsal area that simulates a typical meeting room setup, access to high speed internet and experienced team members available to review presentations.

Digital Concierge

Presenter can’t make it in person to your event? At ICC Sydney we have you covered. Our digital concierge service will ensure that your presenters are online, briefed and ready to go live.

A dedicated operator will meet and greet your presenters, ensure that vital technical testing is conducted and your presenters are ready to take to the screen.

Media Studio

ICC Sydney’s Media Studio is a dedicated studio space offering broadcast quality recording services, live streaming and virtual event solutions. Featuring green screen technology allowing for visual integration of presenters into customisable background images.

ICC Sydney Connect

ICC Sydney Connect is a digital event platform, designed for both desktop and mobile devices, featuring a customisable interface to personalise the event experience.

Activate as an event app for in-person events or broadcast sessions live for hybrid experiences and benefit from the platform’s diverse capabilities including engagement tools, real-time analytics and a secure online environment with a robust authentication process.

Digital Media Suite

Our dedicated team of professional digital designers, specialising in motion graphics, are on hand to support your design needs. Whether it be an engaging backdrop, filming and editing footage or creating branding for your event or livestream webpage.

Digital Signage Opportunities

Across the venue and precinct, there are over 350 potential event signage points and opportunities from the fabulous to the functional, including 19 seven metre high external LED screens located along Tumbalong Boulevard and Moriarty Walk.

Clients can also utilise the LED Foyer Screen in the entrance of our convention centre for maximum wow factor, spanning an impressive 47.5sqm.
