Diversity and Inclusion at ICC SYDNEY

Diversity is about recognising and valuing the different knowledge, skills, backgrounds and perspectives that people bring to their work, regardless of whether those differences are based on age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, social background or other factors.

Workforce diversity builds organisational capability. People bring to the workplace different perspectives that can support innovation, collaboration and overall productivity.

To be a global leader, diversity must be visible within our workforce, our partners, our supplier base, and our content to connect the best guest experience to the millions of people we are dedicated to serving each year.

Our diversity strategy is built on key areas: Mature age workers, LGBTI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex) workers, youth workers, parents and carers returning to the workforce, ATSI (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) and disabilities.
