Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Community

Building connections with For Purpose organisations across various sectors, ICC Sydney supports our community partners to deliver positive impacts with communities in need.

Community Partners

ICC Sydney works with a network of partners across the For Purpose sector to generate positive impacts for local and regional communities. Our community partners are closely aligned with ICC Sydney’s values and share our commitment to sustainability, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.

  • Variety
  • Stand Tall
  • OzHarvest
  • Salvation Army

Generating social impact through community engagement is a key driver for ICC Sydney and many of our clients. Whilst ICC Sydney does not offer cash donations in line with our Code of Practice, we support our partners through subsidised event facilities, pro-bono consulting and corporate volunteering, in-house work placements and mentoring and donations of equipment and furniture.

First Nations Engagement and RAP

Residing in the heart of the rejuvenated Darling Harbour precinct, ICC Sydney rests on the land of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. As a gateway for international and local visitors to experience Sydney and its surrounds, ICC Sydney recognises its responsibility to acknowledge the Aboriginal heritage of Darling Harbour (Gomora) and Tumbalong, celebrating our First Nations culture.

In November 2018, ICC Sydney launched its inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan outlining a 2 year plan to celebrate, recognise and acknowledge Australia’s First Nations cultures, histories and people.
