Application
ICC Sydney’s application process is quick and simple. Because we know you are eager to hear back from us, we will contact you to confirm your application outcome as soon as we can. Please note, due to the volume of applications we receive, this process may take 2-3 weeks.

Initial Contact
This is where we kick off conversations with you. We have seen something we like in your application and want to get to know you better. One of our Human Resources team members will contact you by phone or email to ask you some initial questions.

Digital/Video interview
For selected roles, we may conduct a digital/video interview in the convenience of your own home. Consider it an opportunity to put a face to the name and show us why you would be perfect for our team.

Onsite interview
If you are asked to come in for an onsite interview, this means from what we have seen so far you could be just what we are looking for. We usually conduct two interviews where we will ask you more questions about your skills and experience as well as give you the opportunity to ask your own questions.

Group interview
For some roles, we will perform a group interview at our assessment centre. You will join up to 30 other candidates and hear all about the venue, the role and the team, plus get involved in-group activities where you will have the opportunity to show us your strengths. Remember, a group interview is still a formal interview. You need to present yourself in the best way possible, and we suggest wearing smart business attire.

Final checks and references
At this stage, we will gather final information from you, including any relevant certificates, qualifications and licences. We may also complete reference checks.
