Issue Four of Sydney Views Reveals A New Era of Innovation in the City

International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) has revealed how it has become one of New South Wales’ brightest beacons of innovation in the latest issue of Sydney Views magazine, a custom publication from Australia’s premier convention, exhibition and entertainment venue.

Readers will gain unique insights into the city of Sydney and its new A$1.5 billion multipurpose venue, with views from its expert team and guest contributors such as Eve Propper, Events and Sponsorship Manager at the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia, who sets the food agenda with her experience of ICC Sydney’s Feeding Your Performance culinary philosophy.

Dr. Ian Opperman, NSW Chief Data Scientist, explains how he is helping crunch the State’s numbers to improve customer experiences, while thought leaders including Premier of New South Wales, Gladys Berejiklian, and Founder & Director of TEDxSydney, Remo Giuffre, share their thoughts on innovation in Australia’s cultural and financial capital.

Sydney Views also captures the season’s must-attend innovative events with Stuart Buchanan, Head of Marketing & Content at TEDxSydney, and readers’ cultural needs are covered off with a look at the city’s most compelling dining and shopping destinations.

Geoff Donaghy, CEO of ICC Sydney, said that Sydney Views continues to go from strength to strength, with the latest edition showing how the venue underpins Sydney’s reputation as one of the world’s most desirable event destinations.

“Our world class venue, our expert team and local thought leaders are all attracting amazing minds and events to Sydney. Indeed, within the first quarter following the December 2016 launch, our team planned and hosted more than 170 events and welcomed over 320,000 delegates and patrons into the venue, which has been specifically designed to fuel collaboration and knowledge sharing.

“We ensure innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and work with a raft of stakeholders across the State to create a legacy and a brighter future for our visitors, our people and our community. The new issue of Sydney Views shows just how we are doing this every single day,” said Donaghy.

Sydney Views – Issue Four is now available in print and online. Copies will be distributed directly to ICC Sydney’s extensive national and international client base, at key industry events, in local Sydney cafes and hotels, and via partners such as Business Events Sydney, Destination NSW and Tourism Australia.
