ICC Sydney invited a group of food and wine bloggers, global industry media and local stakeholders to taste test the new Food and Wine Pairing Experience on Friday 24 February. The results spoke for themselves as posts and stories shared, showcased the beautiful tasting sized dishes selected from Executive Chef, Tony Panetta’s current culinary menus and expertly matched with NSW wine by Beverage Operations and Cellar Manager, William Wilson.
Tony and William hosted the innovative, culinary journey through ICC Sydney’s menu and wine collection which aligns with the venue’s industry first Feeding Your Performance philosophy. Fresh and seasonal ingredients, expertly combined to drive guests’ appetite and curiosity were highlighted through the night.
