EFTPOS and credit card payments are accepted at all merchandise and concession stands. ATM’s will be located throughout ICC Sydney Theatre.
Food and Beverage outlets are located on Level 2, Level 4 and Level 6 inside the Theatre.
Small digital cameras for personal use are accepted at most events but the flash must be turned off. Professional cameras are not permitted inside the venue at any time. Cameras with detachable lenses or fixed lenses that extend more than 5cm from the body of the camera are also prohibited. These restrictions are subject to change at any time based on individual event requirements.
Children 2 years of age and older require a ticket to enter ICC Sydney Theatre and must occupy their ticketed seat. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please see the specific event page for further information. Please note: We do not recommend children under the age of 2 as there are strong noise levels and they will require appropriate protection.
All guests in attendance are required to be fully dressed and wear shoes at all times for their own safety. ICC Sydney Theatre Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
Earplugs are available for purchase at the Customer Service Desk on Level 2.
The First Aid room is located next to Door 1 on Level 2 Main Foyer (southern end).
All lost property is held at the Customer Service Desk, level 2 during an event. After an event all lost property will be located in our security office. Please contact +61 2 9215 7100 for any enquiries.
If you have a medical condition that requires you to carry medication (eg. EpiPens or insulin pens) please let security know that you have these items with you upon arrival.
Merchandise is available for most events. Credit card and EFTPOS facilities are available in each Merchandise outlet.
A Parents Room is located on the Main Foyer (Level 2) next to Door 4. Baby Change tables are also located in Level 4 and 6 accessible toilets.
Prams are not permitted in the seating area and must be cloaked at the Customer Service Desk located on level 2 Main Foyer. Please check with our ushers upon arrival as this location may change depending on the event.
The distribution of promotional items, flyers, or printed materials is not permitted without written permission from ICC Sydney Theatre and/or its Hirers. The sampling and distribution of products is also prohibited.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
ICC Sydney Theatre is a licenced venue and practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Free drinking water is available at every bar. Guests who appear under 25 must present a current drivers licence, NSW PhotoCard or passport prior to being served. Penalties apply for patrons who fail to comply with conditions set out in the Liquor Act 2007.
The use of Selfie Sticks is not permitted at ICC Sydney Theatre due to safety concerns and patron enjoyment.
No signs/posters are permitted on the Theatre floor. Any seated patrons wishing to bring signs must ensure they are smaller than A3 size.
For the comfort of patrons and performers the use of iPads/Tablets are not permitted at ICC Sydney Theatre. Phone Usage may be restricted at some events depending on Artist request.
ICC Sydney Theatre is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. Smoking must be 10 metres away from the Venue.
Please note patrons are allowed to stand/dance in front of their ticketed seat only. They must act respectful to surrounding patrons and not block those behind them with arms or signs in the air for extended periods of time. Aisles must remain clear and are not to be used as a space to stand or dance. Standing on seats is not permitted at ICC Sydney Theatre.
Male and female toilets are located throughout the venue, including accessible toilets.
Umbrellas longer than 300mm (when in the closed position) must be cloaked or left in the bins provided.
Video cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted at any event.
For certain events that are not a full decant, one sealed 600ml PET bottle of water per patron may be permitted entry – under no circumstances will an unsealed PET bottle be permitted entry.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire venue.
